Deposits
Please note that all deposits made to initiate a project or service are non-refundable.
After Initial Draft
Once an initial draft of your project or service is provided, no refunds will be made under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, branding, marketing, graphics, and creative strategy services.
Timeframe
No refunds will be processed after 5 days from the date of purchasing the service or receiving the initial draft, whichever comes first.
No Refund Scenarios
No refunds will be made in the following cases:
- The client has approved the project or service.
- Revisions or modifications have been requested by the client.
- The client did not provide sufficient information, materials, or resources, including but not limited to pictures, data, or other essential inputs.
Client’s Own Risk
All services are offered at the client’s own risk. No guarantees are provided, and no refunds, exchanges, or credits will be issued for dissatisfaction with the service.
Exceptions
While our policy is firm for the reasons stated, we reserve the right for management to make exceptions and issue refunds, credits, or exchanges at their sole discretion. This does not guarantee that your request will be approved; it is simply an avenue for consideration on a case-by-case basis.
